Looking for a flat starting August 2024

I am a 29 years old Italian guy, I moved to Munich in February 2024 for work, I speak Italian, English and Spanish fluently and I take private German lessons.
I work in a consulting company with a permanent job, the company I work for gave me an apartment for 6 months and I am looking for a long-term accommodation.
I have a friend with share a 3-room apartment, but a 2-room apartment to live in alone would also be fine.
I will not be at home much during the day as I work mainly in the office and will happen to travel for work; in any case, I like to create a good relationship with any roommates while respecting other people's space.
In my spare time I like to play sports (Tennis, Football and going to the gym), but also have a beer with friends or go out to eat.
I have a sunny personality, respect others' spaces and consider myself a clean and tidy person.
