Me and my wife are urgently looking for an apartment that is at least 35 m2 for long term, ideally from April 1.
I am a mechanical engineer by degree and working as an Engineering Writer at SimScale GmbH since 2020. My wife is a computer engineer. I can provide you more details if required.
We are well educated and very disciplined and clean. We maintain the apartment as it is received.
