Suche zentral gelegene 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in München. 50 bis 60 m². Warmmiete max. 870 Euro.
Wunschstadtviertel wären Haidhausen, Maxvorstadt, Schwabing-West, Westend, Isarvorstadt, Au, Lehel, Neuhausen. Es gehen auch andere Stadtvierteln, möglichst zentral.
Ruhiger, sympatischer Alleinewohner. Seit 3/2020 auf Jobsuche (ALG I), sonst immer IT-Vollzeitangestellter.
Gewünscht ist eine helle Wohnung. Kein Dachgeschoß. 4. Stock ohne Lift ist kein Problem.
Süd- oder Süd/Ost-Ausrichtung. Balkon wäre schön.
