Hello to everyone!
My name is Maria. I am an Italian engineer relocation to Munich to work. I will be employed in an engineering company based in Munich and I would like to rent a small flat for a long term period ( at least 1 year or more ! ).
I am a very quite person, no animals, no smokers and very good stable economy.
I will be able to provide you references from my past rents as well as my employee contract as a further reference.
I am needing a small flat (1 or 2 rooms) possibly near Riem/Feldkirchen but any other area is OK.
I am looking to move in starting from September 2014!
