I'm an italian 30-years old physician working in Catania (Italy). Since I'm moving for an internship in Munich, I'm looking for a flate, preferably in Hader or near the U6. I will be working there for nine months from September 2015 to the end of June 2016. I'm looking for quiet places and cozy flates, 40 m2 minimum. Maximum rent 900€ per month. I request no smoking rooms and without pets. the flat should be furnished.
