My name is Hugo. I am a Full-Time Business Analyst / Software Engineer living in Munich since the beginning of this year. I am 27 years old and Spanish (I speak Spanish and English, currently learning German)
I am looking for a long term 1 room flat Furnished) from the beginning December (1/12).
I would like to rent it long term, but also a 6 month contract works for me. I would like it to be very centric, near Universitat or Odeonplatz would be perfect. It can also be farther if the place is close to the U Bahn.
I am very responsible, easy going and clean. I like to go to the gym, run and travel. Max rent: 1000€.
