Hello, I am a single, educated, professional, Asian-American female in my early 40s looking for a furnished flat at least 35 square meters starting 1 May for minimum 3 months up to 6 months with the option to extend. I am currently a freelance marketing consultant from Boston, Massachusetts but am in the process of interviewing with several German companies. I am a quiet, respectful and responsible tenant seeking similar rental situation. I speak English and French but not (yet) German. Nonsmoker, no pets. I am a runner and would like to be near a park or area for running. Prefer on-site washer/dryer and Internet included. Please no student buildings.
