Hallo,
Ich forsche und unterrischte an der Universität. Ich suche eine Wohnung in München, und möchte eine Miete bis maximal ca EUR 1300 warm bezahlen. Ich rauche nicht, bin ruhig und habe kein Haustier.
Ich werde mich freuen, in einer Wohnung in der Nähe von SBahn und ideal nicht weit von dem Martinsried Universitätscampus (maximal ca 30 min. Fahrrad) umzuziehen. Gewünschte Stadsteile sind Pasing, Sendling, Westpark, Laim, Ludwigvorstadt, Isarvorstadt, Moosach, Neuhausen, Nymphenburg, Sendling, Schwantalerhöhe.
