Wohnung oder Einzimmerwohnung gesucht

Hallo servus!

mein Name ist Arthur Junges Schmidt und ich bin 32 Jahre alt. Bin Verkehrsplaner beim MVV in München und suche eine Einzimmerwohnung, da ich alleine wohnen möchte. Etwas in der Nähe des Giesinger Bahnhofs wäre optimal. Ein Balkon wäre schön. Einen Parkplatz benötige ich nicht.

Über mich: Ich bin Nichtraucher. Da ich seit 5 Jahren in einer WG lebe und sich meine Einkommenssituation verbessert hat, denke ich, dass es an der Zeit ist, alleine zu wohnen. Ich bin nicht laut und bin es gewohnt, die Privatsphäre anderer zu respektieren. Sehr wichtig ist, dass ich weiß, wie man Türen schließt, ohne Lärm zu machen :)

Meine Hobbys sind Basketball, Fahrrad fahren und Squash spielen. Ich spiele Basketball in einem Sportverein (TSV München-Ost), so dass ich am Wochenende meistens Ligaspiele habe. Zu Hause schaue ich gerne Serien/Filme, spiele Computerspiele und lese.

Hello Servus

My name is Arthur Junges Schmidt and I am 32 years old. I currently work as Transportation engineer in a consultancy company in Munich but in May I'm chaging jobs and will start working for MVV. I am looking for a one-room flat, as I would like to live alone. Since my workplace is in Giesing, I am looking for something near the Giesing Bahnhof. A balcony would be nice. I do not need a parking space.

About me: I am a non-smoker. Since I have been living in a shared flat for 5 years and my income situation has improved, I think it is time to live alone. I am not noisy and am used to respecting the privacy of others. Very importantly, I know how to close doors without making noise :)

My hobbies are basketball, cycling and playing squash. I play basketball in a sports club (TSV München-Ost), so I usually have league games at the weekend. At home I like to watch series/movies, play computer games and read.
