Student searching for 1-2 bedroom flat for long term stay

I am a 22-year old single male student, moving to Munich to study masters at TUM in September. I am not from Germany, and I am still in the process of learning German but I'm not that great at it yet. I am a clean, calm, quiet and sociable individual who usually keeps to himself but is also very friendly, I do not smoke and I do not have any pets. I am in search for an apartment/flat for a single person, in Munich, and my budget is approx. 700 euros warm. I would like to start renting around 23rd September, or early October, and if possible I can view the place in September. I would like it to have a fitted kitchen preferably, and I can buy off furniture from a previous tenant if required, however, I can also rent unfurnished. I am eagerly looking forward to any responses! :)
