3 students looking for a 3 rooms apartment

We are three Italian students and we are going to move to Germany to study Architecture at Technische Universität München as Erasmus students.
We are searching for an apartment to live in during the period that goes from November 2018 to August 2019.
We are three quiet and polite guys, very studious and focused on university life, and we spend most of our time in university, and little time at home. We are used to dealing with things with care and respect and will do our best to avoid problems of any kind. We are looking for a two / three bedroom apartment (it's ok for us to share a room) where we can live together. We would like an apartment, in the university area or well connected by public transport with the university and not too far from the city center. However we are flexible and open to any option.
