Fully furnished and spacious flat with modern furniture

I am looking for an apartment for a single person.
I'm a single male who recently moved to City because I got a job with Google. My job is secure so there would not any financial issues with rent. I'm from New Delhi in India. I'm a Hindu by religion but don't actively practice it so it would not bother anyone.
I'm a software engineer by profession and have been working in this industry since last 2 and a half years.
I like to keep the place I live very clean and hygienic. I take good care of all the stuff I have and make sure it doesn't even get scratched, same would be applicable for any furniture in the house. I enjoy having a quiet life. I make sure to not bother my neighbors or even the landlord.
I plan to occasionally cook at home.
