Dear landlord,
We -Brianda (27) and Fernando (35) - are a couple looking for an apartment. We are both engineers with a master's degree in science. Brianda is doing a Doctorate in physics at TUM, with a 100% TV-L salary. Fernando is an experienced software engineer. We are a quiet couple, non-smokers and have no pets.
We are looking for an apartment for at least 12 months, starting from 01. September. We currently live in Oberschleißheim, but want to experience the Munich lifestyle and are therefore looking for an apartment in the inner city. It would be nice if the rent would be around € 1000-1300 warm depending on the space.
We are available for a visit, proof of income or for further questions via email/telephone.
