Dear landlord,
We are:
Sofía (22) and Federico (25) and looking for a home in München. We are Italian but we live in Argentina.
I am a Graphic Designer while Federico is an International Trade Specialist. We are moving to München because of a job offer and we are super exited to find a home for us.
We are looking for a furnished 1,5 - 3 room apartment from 30 sqm with a rent up to € 1100 warm and a close connection to the city center. We plan to move-in between 01.08.20 and 01.10.20. We would like a contract for at least 4 months.
We offer proof of salary, new employment contract, etc. We are very respectful of the property and neighbors.
Non-smokers.
No pets.
