I’m Luis, born in Colombia and a doctoral candidate from the FSU Jena. I speak English, Spanish, and a bit of A2 German. I got a unlimited contract in Planegg and would like to move in during March-early April. Wohnungsgeberbestätigung is mandatory. My budget is up to €1200 warm for a >2 room flat with kitchen. A balcony would certainly make my day start with a smile. I don’t know much about areas but I’m up to a maximum of 45 minutes commute to Martinsried/Planegg per trip.
