Looking for Munich flat-share August 1, 2021

Hello from America!

My name is Caroline, I'm a 25 year old from Nashville, Tennessee USA. I’m moving to the beautiful city of Munich this August to begin a teaching position at a bilingual kindergarten. I am so excited for this opportunity but first, where am I going to live?!

I am open to many living situations- shared flat, 1-room apartment, house, anything! Ideally, I'm looking to live with another female (or multiple) in their mid to late 20s like me... It would be great to find a friend in my roommate but I am also open to something simple.

A little bit about me:
I am fully vaccinated (the one thing America did right during the pandemic)
As a roommate I am friendly, respectful, independent and I’m very handy around the house- If I could bring my tool set with me I would. I prefer to spend weeknights relaxing at home or with friends at a park. I’m happy to get to know my roommates while cooking together or bonding over movies and music.
I am passionate about the arts and will try to spend weekends going to concerts, museums, exploring the country and drinking lots of beer :)

Cons:
I do not speak German (though I will be taking classes!)
I may be asking a lot of questions about Munich
I'm allergic to cigarette smoke so a non-smoking home is preferred
I think I'm funny
