Hello,

I am very interested in renting this apartment from 27th July-23rd June.

My name is Claudia, I am 25 year old, British female with a degree in psychology. After three years working and teaching in China, I felt it was time to move onto better and new exciting things in Germany, I will be starting a permanent full-time job in a Kindergarten Day care Center teaching English as a foreign language. The job is located within Bogenhausen, therefore I am looking for something within a 20-50 minute subway distance. My maximum rent per month is €700.
I like to cook, and clean and love a nice and tidy living space. I do have an incredibly adorable little cat named Simba. He is very well trained, even able to give a paw! And he is very well behaved. He isn't a fan of the outdoors but is very chill and cuddly. As I have a pet I am looking for an apartment that is approximately 30m²+.
