Ich bin 26 Jahre und von Beruf Softwareentwickler, im Juli 2022 aus Russland gekommen. Ich bin bereit, ab Januar 2023 zu vermieten. Ich bin Nichtraucher und habe keine Haustiere. Mein Deutsch ist noch nicht so gut, ich habe aber angefangen, am Goethe-Institut Deutsch zu lernen. Unser Büro befindet sich in der Leopoldstraße, daher suche ich innerhalb von 30 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad eine Wohnung :)
