We are moving to Nürnberg and seeking a new home 🏘️

Hello potential landlords, a very warm and hearty greeting to you, ^_^

We, Ngan (29, Vietnamese) and Kaustabh (29, Indian) are moving to Nürnberg in July. Ngan is a backend software wizard at Wolt and she crafts elegant codes that makes your food and grocery delivery experience seamless. I am a function development sorcerer at FEV EVA GmbH and I help batteries in electric vehicles think. We studied in RPTU Kaiserslautern after moving to Germany in 2020; Ngan graduated in March 2024 with a master's degree in Informatik and I studied Fahrzeugtechnik and graduated in July 2023. I currently stay and work in Munich while she stays and works from Kaiserslautern.

Since our jobs let us work remotely, we have decided to move together to the heart of Franconia - Nürnberg. It's proximity to major cities, good public transport, an airport and the possibility to stay in a big city while not leaving a big hole in our pockets, makes it a financially suitable city for us; we want to start a new chapter in our life here. We are still fresh in our careers and our roles excite us daily, so we are looking for a place where we can stay for the long term.

We are calm and friendly individuals who value space, orderliness and health dearly. Our evening and weekend routines are very flexible, we take time for adulting, upskilling ourselves, language courses, yoga, swimming or on some days we simply sit back and go with the flow. Neither of us smoke nor have pets. From time to time, we enjoy being in nature or visiting nearby cities. Our holidays during studies were often occupied in visiting cities along the rhine river. Therefore, we would be quite glad to stay in close proximity to the central station or at a place where the public transport is highly accessible at all times of the day. And lastly, a balcony in our new house will be an absolute delight. We enjoy the extra space it offers to relax, chill and grill.

Since I stay in Munich and Ngan is currently on vacation in Vietnam, I am ready to come over for viewing on the weekends and also on a day's notice on weekdays.
