Beautiful 2 room apartment in the heart of Babelsberg with balcony. The house is older house, but the apartment is completely renovated and has no types of old building apartments. It also includes dishwasher, a nice kitchen to cook with microwave, dishwasher. The washing machine is located in the basement.
The bathroom is small but modern and with a large corner bath.
The balcony goes out to the bedroom, overlooking the green.
The apartment is bright and directly in the center of Babelsberg.

Schöne 2 Zimmerwohnung im Herzen von Babelsberg mit Balkon. Das Haus ist älteres Haus, aber die Wohnung ist komplett renoviert und hat keine typen Altbauwohnungserscheinungen. Sie beinhaltet außerdem Spülmaschine, eine schöne Küche zum kochen mit Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller.
Das Badezimmer ist klein, aber modern und mit einer großen Eckbadewanne.
Der Balkon geht zum Schlafzimmer raus, mit Blick aufs Grüne.
Die Wohnung ist hell und direkt im Zentrum von Babelsberg.
Mehr Bilder sende ich gerne, wenn die Chemie stimmt und alle Rahmenbedingungen passen :)
Cafés, restaurants, grocery stores and retail shops are located in the most affordable environment.
S Babelsberg Train Station is a 5-minute walk away. From there, every 5-10 minutes will take the trains to Berlin or Potsdam HBF. Bus and tram station.
The nearest sports studio is on foot 20 minutes away. A bus also goes directly there ( 5min)
In der umittelbaren Umgebung befinden sich Cafés, Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Einzelhandel.
Zum Bahnhof S Babelsberg sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Von dort fahren alle 5-10 Minuten die S Bahnen nach Berlin oder Potsdam HBF. Sowie Bus-und Straßenbahnstation.
Das nächste Sportstudio ist zu Fuß 20 min entfernt. Ein Bus fährt aber auch direkt dorthin ( 5min)
It used to be a cat in the apartment. She is cleaned, of course, but I can't guarantee that there aren't even cat hair.
It can be used the TV ( Netflix, prime etc)

Es hat eine Katze mit in der Wohnung gewohnt. Sie wird natürlich gesäubert, aber ich kann nicht garantieren, dass nicht noch Katzenhaare da sind . Also wer allergisch ist, für den ist die Wohnung eher nichts...
Es kann der Fernseher genutzt werden ( Netflix, prime etc)
Außerdem gutes Internet vorhanden ( Telekom)
