Hallo,
ich bin wegen eines neuen Jobs nach Potsdam gezogen und suche noch eine schöne, gemütliche Wohnung für mich.
Ich bin 41 und arbeite in einem Büro für Stadtentwicklung in der Berliner Vorstadt. Da ich im Alltag fast alle Wege mit dem Rad mache, sollte die Wohnung max 30 Fahrradminutrn entfernt liegen.
Ich bin ruhig und respektvoll, habe keine lauten Hobbys, keine Haustiere und würde mich als ordentlich und zuverlässig bezeichnen.
Wohl fühlen würde ich mich in einer Nichtraucher-Wohnung.
