People call me Peru. I am working in Bosch India. I am travelling to Germany for a 6 months work contract so looking for a apartment to stay with my wife. I like to travel and explore foods. I am more of friendly and social in nature. People around me always feel comfortable and happy. I will make friends easily. I am more organized and cleanliness person which is why landlords liked me a lot. According to me the most important quality for a disciplined tenant is to make sure the property is returned back to the landlord in the shape it is before.
These are the things makes me a good fit for any landlords. I am also eager to learn basic German and explore Germany and the authentic foods.
