* my info:
My name is Ai and I am an international student who has lived in Germany for 4 years. I am currently studying/working at the University of Rostock.
I am from Saigon and this time will be my annual visiting time there, again, just because I love it :)
** some notes:
- the room is fully furnished, you dont need to bring anything in.
- renting fee is included everything except electricity. (my suggestion is 50€/month), washing and drying machines cost 10€/month.
- the common area (elevator and hallway) is well cared by a cleaning service (once a week), so you most likely have no worries about that.
- terraces, garden, bike parking area (and limited car parking slot), reading room, laundry room are accessible with your own keys.
*** depending on the situation, either I or the owner will sign a contract directly with the owner during the time I am away.
- only 01 minute walk to Doberaner Platz where you can get any tram/bus (in the heart of bars and restaurants)
- 10 to 15mins walk to any department of Uni Rostock or the library.
- any supermarket can be found within 5mins walking.
I love living here so I hope you would feel the same, even it's just for short time :)
