Wir, Sven (Medizintechnikstudent) und Gesche (Robotikstudentin), gehen vom 27.05. – 25.07 auf Reise und suchen für unsere Wohnung in Stuttgart-Untertürkheim eine*n nette*n und zuverlässige*n Zwischenmieter*in (gerne auch zu zweit).
Unser Bett und die Möbel würden wir während der Zwischenmiete in der Wohnung lassen. Je nach Absprachen lagern wir aber gerne Inhalte aus dem Schrank etc. im Keller für die Zeit.
Da wir beide viel kochen, ist auch unsere Küche voll ausgestattet, mit allem, was man zum Kochen und Backen braucht. Es gibt 2 Schreibtische mit gemütlichen Gaming-Stühlen, auf denen wir beide viel im Home Office sind und für den Feierabend haben wir eine große Auswahl an Spielen. Natürlich haben wir auch eine gemütliche Couch mit Fernseher, um sich bei Netflix und Co. anzumelden (Kein Kabelanschluss).
Die Wohnung ist dank der vielen großen Dachfenster sehr hell und gut zu lüften. Im Schlafzimmer und im Badezimmer gibt es jedoch Rollläden falls man es mal dunkel haben möchte.

Eckdaten:
- Ca. 45 qm im 3. Stock Dachgeschoss
- Grundmiete 800 € + ca. 100€ Nebenkosten
- 2 Zimmer (Schlafzimmer und Wohn-Esszimmer) + Badezimmer mit Duschbadewanne.
- Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich im Waschkeller
Die Nebenkosten können wir gerne für die 2 Monate weiterübernehmen.

We, Sven (medical technology student) and Gesche (robotics student), are going on a trip from 27.05. - 25.07. and are looking for a nice and reliable interim tenant (also in pairs) for our apartment in Stuttgart-Untertürkheim.
We would leave our bed and furniture in the apartment during the interim rental. Depending on the arrangements, we like to store contents from the closet, etc. in the basement for the time.
Since we both cook a lot, our kitchen is also fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and baking. There are 2 desks with comfy gaming chairs (great for home office) and for after work we have a great selection of games. Of course, we also have a cozy couch with TV to log on to Netflix and co (No cable connection).
The apartment is very bright and easy to ventilate (on hot summer days) thanks to the many large roof windows. In the bedroom and bathroom, however, there are shutters if you want it dark sometimes.

- Approx. 45 sqm on the 3rd (attic) floor
- basic rent 800 € + approx. 100€ additional costs
- 2 rooms (bedroom and living-dining room) + bathroom with shower-bathtub.
- Our Washing machine and dryer are in the basement
We can take over the additional costs for the 2 months.
