Suche Wohnung für ein Paar (max 1200€ warm)

Guten Tag,

Wir sind ein Paar: Morgane RITTER und Clément ECK, auf der Suche nach einer unmöblierten und unbefristeten Wohnung in Stuttgart und deren Nähe ab Anfang Januar 2021. Wir suchen eine 2-Zimmer Wohnung oder grösser, nichts unter 40m², und mit einer maximalen Warmmiete von 1200€ alles inklusiv. Wir würden gerne die Wohnung besichtigen können. Die interessanten Stadtviertel für uns sind Plieningen, Birkach, Degerloch, Möhringen und Umgebung, Vaihingen und Umgebung und Stuttgart-Süd. Wichtig ist: Wir suchen keine Zimmer innerhalb einer WG, und eine Einbauküche muss vorhanden sein.

Über uns: Morgane Ritter fängt im Januar einen unbefristeten Job in Stuttgart an. Ihre Eltern können für sie bürgen. Sie ist Informatikerin, kocht gern, spielt Gitarre, liest viel, und mag nähen. Ich bin Clément Eck, Masterstudent an der Universität Hohenheim, und meine Eltern werden für mich bürgen, sowie mein Teil der Miete bezahlen. Ich spiele Gitarre, koche gern, lese viel und mag in dem Wilde spazieren. Wir können beide Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch sprechen.

we are a couple: Morgane RITTER and Clément ECK, looking for an unfurnished flat in Stuttgart or its surroundings neighbourhoods starting from January 2021. We are looking for a 2-rooms flat or something bigger, nothing under 40m² with a maximal total rent of 1200€ all-included. We would like to have the opportunity to visit the flat. Our aimed areas are Plieningen, Birkach, Degerloch, Möhringen and surroundings, Vaihingen and surroundings and Stuttgart-Süd. The important is that we need a built-in kitchen and are not looking for a room in a flat share (except if it is a 2-person flat share that we could completely occupy as a couple).

A bit about us: Morgane Ritter begins a permanent contract in January in Stuttgart. Her parents can be warrants. She is a computer scientist, likes to cook, play the guitar, read books, sew. I am Clément Eck, master student at the University of Hohenheim and my parents will be my warrants and will pay my share of the rent. I also play the guitar, cook, read and I like wandering in the wild. Both of us speak fluently German, English and French.
