Apartment in Tubingen near Max Planck Institute or city center

Me and my wife are moving to Tubingen on 1st of November and we are currently searching for a short-term rental apartment (2-3 months), where we could live until we find a long term option. We are looking for a rental apartment free starting from 01.11.2014 till 01.01.2015 (or till 01.02.2015, depending on the situation), preferably situated not too far (no more than 30-40 minutes walk) from Max Planck Institute, Spemannstr, Tubingen (Tubingen city center is also an option). Also it would be nice to have bus stops / stores near apartment. Only two of us will live in the apartment.

Let me say few words about us. My name is Ilya Tolstikhin. Currently I live in Moscow, Russia. I will receive my PhD degree in computer science in a few months. On November 2014 I will move to Tubingen together with my wife for 3 years to join Max Planck Institute (for Intelligent Systems) as a postdoctoral researcher (post-doc). My wife specialize in history of modern art. We have no children or pets. We are non-smokers. We are quite, enjoy sports, travelling, reading and hiking.
