I'm a 31 y/o Australian artist recently moved to Vienna to start a PhD program. Alongside my practice as an artist, I work as a university lecturer.
I'm looking for a place to rent while I work on my PhD. Outside of my interest in art, I'm an amateur competitive runner -- so I'd love a place near the Prater, however this is not essential.
I'm clean, good at communicating, and have a lot of rental experience. Dates slightly flexible. My Australian partner may visit occasionally.
