We are Melanie, 26 and Andre, 27, our current apartment rent finishes in March so we are looking at new charming places :D
We are looking for an apartment from March
Our budget for the rent would be 1400€
We would be interested in renting for long term, around 5+ years :)
As for the location we would like close to a U-Bahn station (5-10 min walk).
Loggia or balcony would be wonderful!
