Hello!
I am looking for a flat in the range of €700-900 inclusive of VAT, utilities, and internet. Ideally, it be will at least 50 m2 in size with two rooms and a full kitchen. It does not need to be furnished. We are open to locations, but ideally close to a U-bahn station for easy access to Innerstadt. I would like the contract to begin in March, but we are flexible on start dates.
About us: I am an engineer from Canada who will be living in Wien indefinitely due a permanent job position. My wife and a well-behaved/de-clawed cat will be living with me in the flat. We are looking for a long-term rental. I am available on weekends and evenings for viewings, and can pay a deposit immediately upon signing.
