Hallo,
mein Name ist Philipp, ich bin 19 Jahre alt und studiere Architektur in Wismar. Ich suche eine Wohnung von 25 bis 40m² und lege viel Wert auf eine separate Küche mit Einbauküche, sowie ein Bad mit Dusche und Fenster. Eine Lage in der Altstadt und im 1., 2. oder 3. Geschoss wäre gut. Die Warmmiete sollte nicht mehr als 330€ betragen.
