The studio apartment is spacious, has plenty of light, a balcony and an elevator. It also has one small kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, and an entrance area that you can use as a closet. In the basement you will find a cellar, and there are bike racks at the back of the building.

The apartment is located within a 6-min walk from the s-bahn station Baumschulenweg. It takes around 20 min to get to Alexanderplatz and 30 min to get to the airport. There are also bus stops in the same street that can take you to areas such as Warschauer Straße. There is a DM, Apotheke, bike shop, and several food options across the street. The supermarket Edeka (with long opening hours) is on the same street, less than 100m away.
