1-Zi-Wohnung zur Miete am Wochenende/nach Absprache - Sublet for one-room flat

Ich nutze meine Wohnung als Zweitwohnung, meist von Montag bis Donnerstag, da ich in Berlin arbeite aber hauptsächlich in Hamburg wohne. In manchen Wochen bin ich auch gar nicht in Berlin.

Daher vermiete ich meine Wohnung übers Wochenende, vorwiegend von Donnerstag bis Montag oder nach Absprache. Falls Du eine Unterkunft in Berlin suchst, entweder für Dich selbst oder auch z. B. für Verwandte, die dich besuchen wollen, melde Dich gerne.

Die Wohnung ist zentral und verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Die U-Bahn-Station Turmstr. und die Haltestelle der M10 sind nur eine Minute entfernt, zum Hauptbahnhof sind es nur ca. 10 Minuten, zur Ringbahn zwei U-Bahnstationen. Trotzdem ist sie sehr ruhig, da sie im Seitenflügel im Hinterhof (2.Stock, kein Lift) liegt

Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert, verfügt über einen Südbalkon, Parkett, Regendusche. Internet ist ebenfalls verfügbar. In der Wohnung steht ein 1,40m breites Bett.

Der angegegebene Preis bezieht sich auf einen Mindestaufenthalt von 2 Nächten. Jede weitere Nacht plus 50 Euro. Schreib mir gerne, auch wenn Deine Preisvorstellung abweichen sollte. Melde Dich auch gerne, wenn Du außerhalb der Wochenende Interesse an einer Anmietung hast, dann schaue ich ich, ob es möglich ist.

I use my apartment as a second home, usually from Monday through Thursday, since I work in Berlin but live mainly in Hamburg. Some weeks I’m not in Berlin at all.

That’s why I rent out my apartment on weekends, mainly from Thursday to Monday or by arrangement. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Berlin —either for yourself or, for example, for relatives who want to visit you —feel free to get in touch.

The apartment is centrally located and well-connected. The Turmstr. subway station and the M10 bus stop are just a minute away; it’s only about 10 minutes to the main train station, and two subway stops to the Ringbahn. Despite this, it’s very quiet, as it’s located in the side wing of the courtyard (2nd floor, no elevator).

The apartment is fully furnished and features a south-facing balcony, hardwood floors, and a rain shower. Internet is also available. The apartment has a 1.40-meter-wide bed.

The price listed is based on a minimum stay of 2 nights. Each additional night costs an extra 50 euros. Feel free to contact me, even if your budget is different and also if you're interested in renting outside of the weekends—I'll see if it's possible.
