I am looking for a clean, respectful and trustworthy resident to take good care of my place in the coming months. In the apartment I have my work studio that I will be using 2-5 days during the week (Mon-Fri only) and for a few hours only during morning-early afternoon (after 10am, ~6hrs per day). We will agree on the specifics of this arrangement for when I can come over of course :)
Regarding the apartment, I will let the pictures speak for themselves, but here are a few call-outs and good to know:
- Super upgraded, clean apartment, with brand new furniture-appliances-finishings and dark wooden floors..
- Top floor apartment with elevator, sunny+cozy, with modern vintage style decoration and pretty much everything you need to have a great and memorable stay..
- High-end appliances included: AEG oven+cooking top, Bomann large fridge+freezer, Krups espresso maker, WMF food/fruit blender, toaster, water boiler, Siemens washer, AEG wind machine, Phillips iron, Phillips hair dryer, cool "rain" shower..
- Color LED floor lamp in bedroom for chill nights
Easily accessible and practical location in the broader north Mitte/Wedding area:
<6min to ubahn/subway U6 Seestraße stop that takes you everywhere you like through other connecting ubahns/trains/buses/trams
<1min to bus stops for week nights when ubahn stops working after ~1am or when you are lazy to walk to the ubahn
- Top 4 supermarket chains within 1-2min walking, including a huge supermarket with discounted prices, open until 22:00 Mon-Sat, so you don’t have to worry about last minute groceries or spätis (those are within 2-3min walking too)
- Plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance, including a top biergarten in Berlin, perfect for sunny days!
Last but not least:
- you are: clean, respectful, trustworthy, cool, 1 person only (please inquire about roommates)
- available furnished rooms/areas for you: bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, hallway (there is 1 more room-work studio that will be locked)
- working space (table+2 chairs, not shown in pics) included in the bedroom
- I will have access to the locked room-work studio 2-5 days a week (Mon-Fri only), ~6hrs per day only during morning-early afternoon, I will be coming over only after we agree on the specifics and will not have access to your room
- start/end dates are somewhat flexible, ideally looking for someone to stay for 3+ months, prorated rent when applicable (please ask and we can work something out)
- security deposit and rent for the first month paid upfront (utilities/misc. costs are included in rent)
- no smoking, no pets, no Anmeldung
- please treat the place like it is yours ;)
