Our large number of co-living apartments all consist of spacious and bright rooms in a modern design. The best part is, everything is already fully furnished. In other words, you can literally grab your suitcase and move in tomorrow!

All of the rooms are already equipped with the essentials like heating, electricity, water and internet.

We are located in ‘Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf’, which is one of the greenest areas in all of Berlin.The building is 5 min walking distance away from S Hohenzollerndamm (S41/S42 - Ringbahn, S46) and few minutes away from the Grieser Platz bus stop, bus nr 110.
The nearest supermarkets are Edeka and Lidl.
There are also plenty of cafes and shops around: Trattoria Il Gusto Italiano Pizzeria, Restaurant Feigen&Oliven, Trattoria Don Carlo, Backstube Zuckersüß, Restaurant Genazvale and more.

The building is close to Bürgeramt Hohenzollerndamm, and just few minutes walking distance away from the Stadtbad Wilmersdorf II - Berliner Bäder Pool and the Sommerbad Wilmersdorf. The area is very central, but at the same time very green, so it ́s perfect for walks and outdoor activities.

What exactly does “fully equipped” mean?
Being able to move into a new place the next day does not happen very often, yet we make it possible! Therefore, we have not only taken care of all the necessary amenities, but these are also included in the price and do not involve any additional charges.

To give you an overview of your new Apartment, we have listed all of the integrated facilities below:

- Proof of income (last 3 months) or work contract
- Proof of enrolment (students)
- Guarantor (only if you do not have proof of income)
- Copy of guarantor's ID (only if you do not have proof of income)
- Copy of guarantor's work contract (only if you do not have proof of income)

*the landlord only accepts tenants under the age of 40*

Check-in /out:
- Check-in hours: Monday - Friday from 10:00 - 16:00
- The key transfer will take place at our office

Please be aware once the booking is done, we will provide you with the contract. In order for you to get your keys, the deposit must be transferred to our bank account.

Wir befinden uns in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, einem der grünsten Bezirke Berlins. Das Gebäude liegt nur 5 Gehminuten vom S-Bahnhof Hohenzollerndamm (S41/S42 – Ringbahn, S46) und wenige Minuten von der Bushaltestelle Grieser Platz (Buslinie 110) entfernt.
Die nächsten Supermärkte sind Edeka und Lidl.
In der Umgebung gibt es außerdem zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurants, z. B.: Trattoria Il Gusto Italiano Pizzeria, Restaurant Feigen & Oliven, Trattoria Don Carlo, Backstube Zuckersüß, Restaurant Genazvale und viele mehr.

Die Schlüsselübergabe findet in unserem Büro statt.

Bitte beachte: Sobald die Buchung abgeschlossen ist, erhältst du von uns den Mietvertrag. Um deine Schlüssel zu erhalten, muss die Kaution auf unser Bankkonto überwiesen werden.
