Ich werde im genannten Zeitraum (ggf.den ganzen Mai über) nicht in Hamburg sein und vermiete daher meine helle und ruhige im Hinterhof gelegene 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung für die Zwischen-Zeiträume.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zwischen Sternschanze, Christuskirche und Schlump. Sie hat ein großes Wohnzimmer (Durchgangszimmer, daher nicht WG-geeignet), ein kleineres Schlafzimmer, ein V-Bad und eine voll ausgestattete kleine Küche.
Ich suche eine ruhige und verantwortungsvolle Person, der ich während meiner Abwesenheit meine Wohnung anvertrauen kann. Nur an Nichtraucher und ohne Haustiere. Anmeldung ist nicht möglich (Meldeamt).

P.S. Eine Haftpflichtversicherung, die Schlüsselverlust abdeckt, ist bitte nachzuweisen.

I won't be in Hamburg during the mentioned time(maybe even whole May) and will therefore rent out my bright and quiet 1.5-room apartment in the backyard for those periods.

The apartment is very centrally located between Sternschanze, Christ Church and Schlump. It has a large living room (connecting room, therefore not suitable for shared sharing), a smaller bedroom, a V-bathroom and a fully equipped small kitchen.
I'm looking for a calm and responsible person who I can trust with my apartment while I'm away. Non-smokers and no pets only. official registration is not possible.
