Falls Heidelberger Wohnen GmbH bereit ist, direkt einen Mietvertrag aufzusetzen, findet dieser mit der Firma statt. Falls die Firma auf den Ablauf der Mietfrist des Hauptmieters zum 31.10.2024 bestehen sollte, muss ein Untermietvertrag für diesen Zeitraum mit Befristung zu diesem Datum geschlossen werden.
