The neighborhood is very nice, very quiet. Only 5 minutes to the U6, either Kaiserin-Augusta Str. or Ullsteinstr station.

Das Gebäude ist sehr ruhig, viele Familien mit Kindern. Parties sind nicht erlaubt. Wir suchen nur Leute, die sowohl die Wohnung als auch die Nachbarn respektieren werden. Wir würden auch ein(e) Untermieter(in) darum bitten, unsere Pflanzen in der Wohnung und auf dem Balkon zu gießen.

The building is very quiet, lots of families with children. Parties are not allowed. We are looking for someone who will be respectful to the apartment and also to the neighbors. We also ask that the renter waters our plants inside the apartment and on the balcony.
