Der Stadtteil Riedenburg bietet so einige Vorteile, zum einen ist es super gut an die Altstadt angebunden. Man ist in ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß in der Getreidegasse und somit mitten im Geschehen, mit dem Fahrrad/Bus sogar noch schneller.

In ca. 5 Minuten erreicht man eine Bushaltestelle von der man aus zum Bahnhof/in die Stadt oder auch zum Mirabellplatz etc gelangt.

Mit dem Auto braucht man gut 15 Minuten zur nächsten Autobahnauffahrt.

In unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 8-10 Minuten zu Fuß) befinden sich ein Spar oder ein Penny

Location

The Riedenburg district offers several advantages, on the one hand it is very well connected to the old town. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Getreidegasse and thus to the heart of the action, even faster by bike/bus.

In about 5 minutes you can reach a bus stop from which you can get to the train station/in the city or to Mirabellplatz etc.

It takes a good 15 minutes by car to get to the nearest highway exit.

In the immediate vicinity (approx. 8-10 minutes on foot) there is a Spar or a Penny supermarket

In der WG leben Evyn (23), Arieta (22), Anastasia
(22) und Robert (25). Arieta und Anastasia studieren am Mozarteum, Evyn studiert Kommunikationswissenschaft und Robert Lehr für Sekundarstufe. In der WG herrscht eine gemütliche und lustige Stimmung. Jeder ist offen für eine Plauderei in der Küche, gemeinsames Essen im Wohnzimmer, ein Glas Wein oder auch auf eine Runde Mario Kart.
Wir sprechen auf Englisch gemeinsam können aber alle Deutsch.

Shared flat living

Evyn (23), Arieta (22), Anastasia (22) and Robert (25) live in the shared flat. Arieta and Anastasia are studying at the Mozarteum, Evyn is studying communication science and Robert is studying to teach secondary school. There is a cozy and fun atmosphere in the shared flat. Everyone is open for a chat in the kitchen, a meal together in the living room, a glass of wine or a game of Mario Kart.
We speak English together but can all speak German.

In der Wohnung gibt es auch ein Wohnzimmer welches mit Couch/Fernseher ausgestattet ist und auch die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem was man so brauchen kann (Geschirrspüler, Mixer, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine etc)

Es gibt auch einen kleinen Garten den man mitbenutzen kann und einen Fahrradkeller.

Ein Parkplatz kann über den Vermieter angefragt und zugemietet werden. Ansonsten kann man auch ab 19 Uhr gratis an der Straße parken.

Others

In the apartment there is also a living room which is furnished with a couch/TV and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need (dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee machine etc)

There is also a small garden that you can use and a bicycle cellar.

A parking space can be requested and rented from the landlord. Otherwise you can also park for free on the street after 7 pm.
