Nuestro Bude tiene un total de casi 140m2 + camas altas y niveles xD, 5,5 habitaciones - totalmente equipadas con muebles - pasillos, salón y cocina, 2 baños (2 duchas, 1e bañera) y terraza común

Recientemente reconstruimos la cocina del salón... se ha vuelto hermosa! Alternativa

La magnífica terraza que nos invita a sentarnos juntos, debemos mantenernos juntos...

Si desea introducir o cambiar IRGENDETWAS, por favor déjenos hablar de ello .. También decidimos aquí Hidratación Social-Solidaric

La habitación está cortada casi cuadrada, tiene un poco más de 16 - 17 metros cuadrados por debajo y por encima de nuevo así que aprox. 10 a 12 metros cuadrados.... hay 2 niveles! Por encima está más la cueva dormida o la esquina fría - baja altura del techo.

En caso de solicitudes de cambio en la sala encontramos un acuerdo, hablemos de ello.
latitud activa autoservicio es necesario... porque actualmente hay algunos muebles en el sótano... y después de 11 años el sótano está en este GT (+ 7 en el látigo anterior)... lleno!

🙏1 persona / habitación, parejas, etc necesitan 2 habitaciones Tanto espacio y espacio que no tenemos 😄 que no permite nuestro brote...

Nuestra lavadora vive en nuestra propia habitación - gratis - por esto ella felizmente regocija su tarea de vida ^.^

El Putzi Bär 🧑 🔬🧹🧽🧼🪣 - viene una vez a la semana, que por desgracia no exime del servicio semanal de limpieza (solidaridad social), a menos que lo pagues extra... decides completamente solo y esta vez no somos socialmente solidarios xD

El lavavajillas - está actualmente roto; el procedimiento es comprobar...
Ahora repararemos nuestro SpüMa o crearemos un nuevo SpüMa, que luego decide... solidarizar socialmente. por lo tanto he escrito 100 €/persona distancia en ella - en duda es mejor que demasiado.

AUCH ex pérdidas de alquiler y las muchas miles de inversiones de EUR ahora están pagando sobre el alquiler de la habitación... no perfecto pero importante..

Sólo una vez más viene 200 € teclado, debido a nem exagerado bloqueo de seguridad aquí. Por supuesto, regresan al devolver las llaves originales.

Nuestra casa cuenta con un total de casi 140m2, 5,5 habitaciones - totalmente equipadas con muebles - pasillos, salón y cocina, 2 baños (2 duchas, 1 bañera) aha y terraza comunitaria.

Recientemente renovamos la cocina muy diligentemente... resultó muy agradable! Alternativa

El PutziBär (limpiador) 🧑 🔬🧹🧽🧼🪣 - una vez a la semana, que por desgracia no le libera del servicio de limpieza semanal, a menos que le pague el extra ... usted decide todo solo y esta vez no en solidaridad social xD

El lavaplatos - roto; va a ser revisado...
Ahora repararemos nuestro lavavajillas o compraremos uno nuevo, que luego decide... yep social solidarity.. así que escribí allí bastante mejosamente 100 €/persona - en duda mucho mejor, que demasiado poco.

Incluso las antiguas pérdidas de alquiler y las muchas miles de inversiones de EUR están pagando por fin a través del alquiler ... no perfecto y aún importante.

No olvidar... 200 € depósito clave, debido a un bloqueo de seguridad exagerado aquí. Esto te vuelve, por supuesto, a cambio de las llaves originales.

Die Wohnküche haben wir kürzlich erst ganz fleißig umgebaut... is eeecht schön geworden! 😍

Die herrliche Terrasse, die uns zum zusammen sitzen einlädt 🍉☕🍵🌽🍇, sollten wir gemeinsam pflegen...

WENN du IRGENDETWAS einbringen oder ändern möchtest, lass uns bitte VORHER drüber reden..Wir entscheiden auch hier SozialSolidarisch✌✅🕊

Das Zimmer ist fast quadratisch geschnitten, hat etwas mehr als 16 - 17 qm unten und oben nochmal so ca. 10 bis 12 qm. jap... es gibt 2 Ebenen! Oben ist mehr die Schlafhöhle oder Chillecke - niedrige Deckenhöhe.

Bei Änderungswünschen im Zimmer finden wir sicher ne jute Vereinbarung, lass uns drüber sprechen❣
👉 aktive Eigenleistung nötig... denn aktuell sind schon einige Möbel im Keller... und der Keller ist nach 11 Jahren in dieser WG (+ 7 in der vorherigen Whg.)... voll!

🙏1 Person/Zimmer, Paare usw brauchen also 2 Zimmer ✌️ So viel Platz und Raum haben wir dann doch nicht 😄 das erlaubt unsere Bude nicht...

Unsere Waschmaschine wohnt im eigenen Raum - mietfrei - dafür fröhnt sie glücklich ihrer Lebensaufgabe ^.^

Dadurch sind wir gleich Alle glücklicher...

Der Soli - ca. 5 bis 10 EUR/Monat:

vlt wechselt man sich beim Kaufen auch einfach ab.., das entscheidet die Gemeinschaft, mit dir zusammen - ja, auch sozialsolidarisch...

(Keine Diskussion über den Soli itself als totale Abschaffungsdiskussion bitte.)

Er soll beinhalten:
Reinigungsmittel, Toilettenpapier, Wasserfilter Bürokram und wozu wir uns noch gemeinsam entscheiden... Krams, der nicht 5mal in der Bude stehn brauch... oder nur absolute Basics... du entscheidest mit 🧘 👍 (🌞soziSoli...)

Alles so ökologisch und nachhaltig wie uns möglich &/ mind. BIO ... (Sollte wieder gewünscht sein, dass ich des übernehme: Ich recherchiere uU Tage oder Wochen und telefonier rum, um dieser Philo zu entsprechen. Das is manchmal janz schön vülle Arbeit..)

Der PutziBär 🧑‍🔬🧹🧽🧼🪣 - kommt einmal die Woche, was leider keinen vom wöchentlich wechselnden (sozialsolidarischen) Putzdienst befreit, außer du bezahlst es ihm noch zusätzlich extra ... das entscheidest du ganz allein und diesmal nicht wir sozialsolidarisch xD

Die Spülmaschine - ist aktuell kaputt; Vorgehen ist zu prüfen...
Wir werden jetzt unsere SpüMa reparieren oder eine neue SpüMa anschaffen, das entscheidet sich dann... jap sozialsolidarisch.. daher hab ich da ganz frech 100 €/Person Abstand rein geschrieben - im Zweifel lieber zu viel, als zu wenig.

AUCH ehemalige Mietausfälle und die vielen Tausende EUR Investitionen zahlen sich nun über die Miete des Zimmers endlich zurück ... nicht perfekt und doch wichtig..

Nur noch hinzu kommen einmalig 200 € Schlüsselpfand, wegen nem übertriebenen Sicherheitsschloss hier. Die bekommste natürlich bei Rückgabe der Originalschlüssel zurück.

Zum Umfeld...
Unsere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind reichlich. Das Ringcenter ist fußläufig zu erreichen, BioCompany in 10 Radminuten, mehrere kleine feine BioLäden sind auch in 10 Radminuten erreichbar..

We recently renovated the kitchen very diligently... it turned out really nice! 😍
