The apartment is really well and fast connected to the main tourist attractions through metro U6 but also to other hip areas through bus, train and tram.

If you want to chill or have a walk around you'll find charming cafes, restaurants, bars, cultural venues and the vibrating lake Plötzensee and Rehberge park just around the corner.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und schnell mit den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten über die U-Bahn-Linie U6 verbunden. Auch andere angesagte Viertel sind leicht mit Bus, Bahn und Tram erreichbar.
Wenn Sie entspannen oder spazieren gehen möchten, finden Sie in der Nähe charmante Cafés, Restaurants, Bars, kulturelle Einrichtungen sowie den belebten Plötzensee und den Rehberge-Park.

- It is not allowed to smoke in the apartment.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The price is 100€ per night. Depending on how many nights you are staying and how many people you are we can make an arrangement.
- A 200€ deposit is required: 100€ to book the accommodation and the other 100€ the moment the keys will be handed to you. The deposit will be returned after checking that everything is in good condition at your departure.

- Der Preis beträgt 100 € pro Nacht. Abhängig von der Aufenthaltsdauer und der Anzahl der Personen können wir eine individuelle Vereinbarung treffen.
- Eine Kaution von 200 € ist erforderlich: 100 € zur Reservierung der Unterkunft und die restlichen 100 €, wenn die Schlüssel übergeben werden. Die Kaution wird bei Abreise zurückerstattet, sofern alles in einwandfreiem Zustand ist.
