Helles, möbliertes Zimmer in ruhiger 4er WG in bester Lage

Alle Universitäten sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen, mit dem
Fahrrad natürlich noch schneller (Es gibt einen Fahrradraum im Keller). Die Bim (Linie 3) ist in 2 min und die
wichtigsten Busse in 4 min zu Fuß erreicht. Es gibt einen Billa direkt vor der
Haustür, aber auch Discounter wie Hofer oder Lidl sind super erreichbar.
Mit der Bim seid ihr in 10 min am Jakominiplatz und von dort kommt ihr
super überall sonst hin.

Generell seid ihr im schönsten Viertel in Graz untergebracht - viele
schöne Altbauten in direkter Nähe und ein generell schönes Stadtbild und
es gibt alles in direkter Nähe: Clubs, Bars, Unis, ...

All universities are within walking distance and you can get there even
faster by bike (There is a room for bikes in the basement). The streetcar is a 2-minute walk away and the main
buses are a 4-minute walk away. There is a Billa right on the doorstep,
but discount stores such as Hofer or Lidl are also within easy reach.
The streetcar takes you to Jakominiplatz in 10 minutes and from there
you can get everywhere else.

In general, you'll be staying in the nicest district in Graz - lots of
beautiful old buildings in the immediate vicinity and a generally nice
cityscape and everything is close by: Clubs, bars, universities, ...

Wir sind alle viel beschäftigt, hin und wieder trifft man sich in der Küche und quatscht ein bisschen, wir können auch gerne mal gemeinsam kochen oder einen Kaffee/Tee trinken gehen. Hauptsächlich macht aber doch jeder sein eigenes Ding. Insgesamt ist in der WG 
ein freundliches und ruhiges Klima.

We're all either studying or working, so everyone's pretty busy most of the time.
Good communication is important for us. We're not the most active flatmates, but we're open to cook together occasionally, or go out for some coffee/tea.
The atmosphere in the flat is usually quiet and friendly.

Wenn ihr mal die Wohnung ansehen und uns kurz kennenlernen wollt, schreibt mir einfach, gerne auch Online-Besichtigung per Video-Call möglich. Beim Einzug würdet ihr als Hauptmieter in den Vertrag einsteigen, das kann jederzeit geschehen, damit sind wir nicht von irgendwelchen Fristen abhängig.
