Der Mietvertrag ist befristet und startet ab dem 01. Juni 2025. Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 6 Monate, maximal kannst du für 18 Monate bleiben – mit Option auf Verlängerung. En Der Miete sind alle Nebenkosten bereits enthalten, inklusive WLAN usw.

EN: La habitación está amueblada con una cama, escritorio, silla, armario y un poco de almacenamiento – todo lo que necesitas para sentirte en casa. El baño tiene bañera y la cocina está totalmente equipada. También hay una pequeña mesa donde se puede comer cómodamente o incluso hacer algo de trabajo.
El contrato de alquiler es de plazo fijo y comienza el 01 de junio de 2025. El período mínimo de alquiler es de 6 meses, y puede permanecer hasta 18 meses, con la opción de ampliar. El alquiler incluye todas las utilidades, Wi-Fi, etc.

The rental contract is fixed-term and starts on June 01, 2025. The minimum rental period is 6 months, and you can stay for up to 18 months, with an option to extend. The rent includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, etc.

DE: El apartamento está superconectado – a sólo 2 minutos del metro Milbertshofen, desde allí se puede llegar a la estación de tren principal en 8 minutos. Los supermercados y restaurantes están a poca distancia. La zona es tranquila y perfecta para caminar o ciclismo. Una piscina al aire libre y el Luitpoldpark son también sólo aprox. 10 minutos a pie – ideal para desconectar.
EN: El apartamento está a solo 2 minutos a pie de la estación de metro "Milbertshofen", que ofrece una conexión directa con la estación central de Munich en sólo 8 minutos. Tiendas de comestibles y restaurantes están a poca distancia. El barrio es seguro e ideal para caminar o bicicleta. Una piscina pública al aire libre y el amplio Luitpoldpark están a solo 10 minutos a pie.
DE: Die Wohnung liegt super angebunden – nur 2 Minuten zur U-Bahn Milbertshofen, von dort ist man in 8 Minuten direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind zu Fuß easy erreichbar. Die Gegend ist ruhig und perfekt zum Spazieren oder Radfahren. Ein Freibad und der Luitpoldpark sind auch nur ca. 10 Minuten zur Fuß entfernt – ideal zum Abschalten.
EN: The apartment is just a 2-minute walk from the "Milbertshofen" U-Bahn station, which offers a direct connection to Munich Central Station in only 8 minutes. Grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance. The neighborhood is safe and ideal for walking or biking. A public outdoor swimming pool and the spacious Luitpoldpark are just a 10-minute walk away.
DE: Vivirías con otros dos compañeros de cuarto, actualmente ambos varones. Todos tienen su propia habitación, baño y cocina. Ambos compañeros de habitación tienen contratos de plazo fijo, así que en la próxima vez probablemente lo que cambiará – si tienes ciertas ideas, puedes traerlos. The WG is international and rather young, so far it was mostly Studis, intern:inside or professional startners.

DE: Du würdest mit zwei anderen Mitbewohnern zusammenwohnen, aktuell beide männlich. Jeder hat sein eigenes Zimmer, Bad und Küche teilt man sich. Beide Mitbewohner haben befristete Verträge, daher wird sich in nächster Zeit wahrscheinlich was ändern – wenn du bestimmte Vorstellungen hast, kannst du die gerne einbringen. Die WG ist international und eher jung, bisher waren es meistens Studis, Praktikant:innen oder Berufseinsteiger:innen.
EN: You’ll be living with two other tenants, currently both male. Each person has their own private room, while the bathroom and kitchen are shared. As both current tenants have limited contracts, there may be some changes, and you’re welcome to share preferences for future flatmates. The WG has a young, international vibe, with tenants typically being students, interns, or young professionals.
