THE APARTMENT:
There are 3 bedrooms in this apartment. Each bedroom is equipped with king-sized box-spring bed accompanied by fine bedding as well as two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a working desk with a corresponding chair, and a large closet with a mirror. In addition to your own room, you and your flat-mates share a spacious luxurious kitchen equipped with a beautifully designed seating corner. Moreover, the kitchen is fully supplied with all the necessary cooking equipment and utensils. Furthermore, you can enjoy a big bathroom with a rain shower and a mirror sink.

DEPOSIT:
To make your move easier, we offer flexible deposit options. You may choose between a one-time, non-refundable non-deposit fee of EUR 560, or a refundable security deposit of 3 months rent, which will be returned after move-out in accordance with standard regulations.
