Untermiete / Subletting a room on Campus

Ich vermiete mein Zimmer im Studentenheim von Anfang September bis Ende Februar . Das Zimmer hat eine eigene Küche und ein eigenes Bad – du musst also nichts mit anderen teilen!

Die Lage ist unschlagbar:
• Direkt auf dem Campus
• Gefühlt 2 Sekunden zur Mensa
• Gefühlt 5 Sekunden zur Unibibliothek
• 2 Minuten zur Bahn und zu den Buslinien
• Top Anbindung – mit den Öffis kommst du überall schnell hin.

Kaution sind 350€. Ausserdem fallen 100€ Bearbeitungsgebühr und Ablöse an.


Wichtig:
Das Zimmer wird nur für diesen Zeitraum vermietet (September bis Februar). Danach ziehe ich wieder ein, d.h. ein Auszug Ende Februar ist Voraussetzung.

I’m renting out my room in the student dorm, from the beginning of September to the end of Februrary. The room has its own kitchen and bathroom – so you don’t have to share anything with others!

The location is unbeatable:
• Right on campus
• About 2 seconds to the cafeteria (feels like it!)
• About 5 seconds to the university library
• 2 minutes to the train and bus lines
• Excellent transport connections – you can get anywhere quickly by public transport.

The deposit is 350€. Afditionally 100€ fee has to be paid.

Important:
The room is only available for this period (September to Februrary). After that, I will move back in – so moving out at the end of February is a must.
