Currently, my total monthly cost including cold rent, utilities, heating is included in rent (535 euro)and electricity, internet, and broadcasting fee is paid by me so overall i am paying €635/month.

📝 Requirements:
• SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) or proof of income required by the landlord
• Working professionals are preferred, but students may also be considered as guarantor should be there.
• Final approval will be subject to the landlord's decision
