Wir vermieten unsere voll möblierte, helle und zentral gelegene Wohnung 6 Monate befristet wegen Auslandsaufenthalt.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und voll ausgestattet. Wegen Durchgangszimmer eher für Singles, Paare und Familien geeignet.
Raumaufteilung:
Küche mit Herd und Spüle, Kühlschrank, Geschirr/Ausstattung etc.
Bad mit Dusche, Toilette und Waschmaschine.
Schlafzimmer mit 1,60 m französischem Bett (Durchgangszimmer) und großem Schrank/Kommode
Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch und Atelierfläche mit Materialien zur Nutzung.
Ein Keller ist ebenso nutzbar zum Unterstellen von Sachen.
Der teilweise überdachte, große Balkon bietet urbanen Weitblick.

Bright Artist’s Apartment
We are renting out our fully furnished, bright and centrally located apartment for 6 months while we are abroad.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. Due to the connecting room layout, it is particularly suitable for singles, couples and families.

Kitchen with stove and sink, refrigerator, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc.
Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine
Bedroom with a 1.60 m French-style double bed (connecting room) and a large wardrobe/chest of drawers
Living room with sofa bed and an atelier/studio area, including art materials that can be used
A basement storage area is also available for storing personal belongings
The large, partly covered balcony offers a wonderful panoramic view over the city
