Kleine 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Berlin-Tempelhof

Die Wohnung liegt in Tempelhof, ganz in der Nähe von IKEA an der Alboinstraße, ungefähr Arnulfstraße / Ecke Alboinstraße.

Direkt vor der Tür gibt es zwei Bushaltestellen, die nur etwa eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt sind. Mit den Bussen erreicht man ganz unkompliziert die umliegenden U- und S-Bahn-Stationen. Zum S-Bahnhof Priesterweg läuft man ungefähr 20 Minuten und zum U-Bahnhof Ullsteinstraße etwa 15 Minuten.

Auch der Attilaplatz ist ganz in der Nähe, von dort fahren noch einige weitere Buslinien. Man ist also trotz der eher ruhigen Lage gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln angebunden. 😊

The apartment is located in Tempelhof, very close to IKEA on Alboinstraße, around the corner of Arnulfstraße and Alboinstraße.

There are two bus stops just outside the apartment, only about a one-minute walk away. The buses provide easy connections to the nearby U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations. Priesterweg S-Bahn station is around a 20-minute walk away, and Ullsteinstraße U-Bahn station is about 15 minutes away on foot.

Attilaplatz is also very close by and offers several additional bus connections. So even though the area itself is fairly quiet, it’s still well connected by public transport. 😊

Da ich meine eigene Wohnung zum ersten Mal untervermiete, bin ich ehrlich gesagt noch ein bisschen nervös und mir ist besonders wichtig, jemanden zu finden, der vorsichtig und respektvoll mit meiner Wohnung und meinen Sachen umgeht und sie sauber und ordentlich hält. 😊 Ich habe hier sehr viel Liebe und Arbeit hineingesteckt und würde mich einfach freuen, nach den fünf Wochen alles so wiederzubekommen, wie ich es übergeben habe.

Gleichzeitig weiß ich, wie unglaublich schwierig es in Berlin sein kann, eine bezahlbare Wohnung zu finden, und würde mich deshalb sehr freuen, für die Zeit auch jemand Nettem mit einer günstigen Unterkunft aushelfen zu können. Ich möchte mit der Untervermietung keinen Gewinn machen und nehme deshalb nur etwas mehr als meine eigenen Kosten, um die Möblierung bzw. mein Eigentum ein wenig abzusichern.

Außerdem wäre mir wirklich wichtig, dass meine Pflanzen regelmäßig gegossen werden 🌿 und ab und zu das Vogelfutter auf dem Balkon aufgefüllt wird. 🕊️ Das Futter kaufe ich natürlich vorher! Du musst dich also um nichts kümmern. 😊

Since this is my first time subletting my own apartment, I’m honestly a little nervous about it, so it’s especially important to me to find someone who will treat my home and belongings with care and respect and keep everything clean and tidy. 😊 I’ve put a lot of love and work into making this place my home, and I’d simply love to come back after five weeks and find everything in the same condition as I left it.

At the same time, I know how incredibly difficult it can be to find affordable housing in Berlin, so I’d be really happy if I could also help out someone nice who needs an affordable place to stay for those weeks. I’m not looking to make a profit from subletting the apartment, which is why I’m only charging slightly more than my own costs to account for the furniture and my belongings.

One thing that would also be really important to me is that my plants are watered regularly 🌿 and that the bird food on the balcony is topped up every now and then. 🕊️ I’ll of course buy all the bird food beforehand, so you won’t have to worry about that. 😊
