Dein Zimmer ist lichtdurchflutet mit zwei großen Fenstern und hat sogar einen eigenen Zugang zum Balkon. Mit hohen Decken und teilweise Holzvertafelung ist es sehr gemütlich und bietet für einen Monat alles, was du brauchst. Besonders ist das Hochbett, wodurch das Zimmer noch mehr Platz bietet, du kannst aber auch die Schlafcouch nutzen. Ansonsten sind neben Schränken und Regalen ein höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch vorhanden sowie ein E-Piano falls du Musik machst :)

Your room is flooded with light thanks to two large windows and even has its own access to the balcony. With high ceilings and partial wood panelling, it’s very cosy and offers everything you need for a month. A special feature is the loft bed, which gives the room even more space, though you can also use the sofa bed. Apart from that, there are wardrobes and shelves, a height-adjustable desk and an electric piano if you play music :)

Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Schöneberg im Akazienkiez, ca. 1-2 Gehminuten von der Eisenacher Straße (U7) entfernt. Es gibt einen Penny (5 Minuten Gehweg) und einen Rewe (10 Minuten Gehweg) sowie zahlreiche Bars und Restaurants direkt in deiner Umgebung. Auch die S-Bahn Schöneberg ist relativ schnell erreichbar.

The flat is situated in the heart of Schöneberg, in the Akazienkiez neighbourhood, about a 1–2-minute walk from Eisenacher Straße (U7). There’s a Penny (a 5-minute walk) and a Rewe (a 10-minute walk), as well as numerous bars and restaurants right on your doorstep. The Schöneberg S-Bahn station is also relatively quick to reach.

Wir sind keine Zweck-WG (4er-WG, aktuell nur zu dritt), sondern bevorzugen es, wenn man freundschaftlich ein Zusammenleben gestaltet. Natürlich hat jede Person ihren eigenen Rückzugsort und brauch mal etwas Zeit für sich! Wenn es passt, versuchen wir aber auch mal zusammen Dinge zu unternehmen – das ist aufgrund unterschiedlicher Rhythmen (Arbeit, Studium, ...) allerdings nicht immer einfach. In der WG sprechen wir hauptsächlich Englisch, das müsste für dich okay sein :)

We’re not just a flat-share for practical reasons (4-person shared flat, currently only three people); we prefer to live together in a friendly atmosphere. Of course, everyone has their own space and needs a bit of time to themselves now and then! When it suits, we do try to do things together – though that’s not always easy because of our different schedules (work, studies, etc.). We mainly speak English in the flat-share, so that should be fine for you :)

Da ich aktuell zum Oktober auf WG-Suche bin, kann es sein, dass das Zimmer länger verfügbar ist (in dem Fall bis Ende Februar), das klärt sich aber erst im Verlauf des nächsten Monats. Ab Oktober müsstest du dementsprechend eigene Möbel mitbringen, wenn du länger in dem Zimmer bleiben willst.

As I’m currently looking for a flat share starting in October, the room may be available for longer (in which case, until the end of February), but that won’t be confirmed until sometime next month. From October onwards, you’ll therefore need to bring your own furniture if you want to stay in the room for longer.
