Für meine helle und möblierte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im schönen Prenzlauer Berg suche ich eine verantwortungsvolle und ruhige Person, die es sich in meiner Wohnung von Anfang Oktober bis Mitte/Ende November gemütlich machen möchte.

Am Morgen scheint die Sonne ins Schlafzimmer und den Tag über ins Wohnzimmer, abends sieht man hier oft tolle Sonnenuntergänge. Die Wohnung ist top isoliert und voll möbliert inkl. Stauraum für Kleidung, Fernseher (für HDMI-Übertragung), WLAN, Badewanne, französischem Balkon, Waschmaschine, gemütlichem Sofa und separater Küche mit allen essenziellen Küchengadgets. Wichtig: Sie befindet sich in der 5. Etage - das gibt einen tollen Blick auf den Fernsehturm - jedoch ohne Fahrstuhl.

I am looking for a responsible and calm person for my bright and furnished 2-room apartment in beautiful Prenzlauer Berg to make themselves at home from the beginning of October until the mid/end of November.

In the morning, sunlight fills the bedroom, and the living room throughout the day. In the evening, you can often enjoy beautiful sunsets. The apartment is well insulated and fully furnished, with ample storage space, a TV with HDMI connection, WIFI, a bathtub, a French balcony, a washing machine, a comfortable sofa, and a separate kitchen with all the essential kitchen gadgets. Please note: the apartment is located on the 5th floor, offering a great view of the TV tower, but there is no elevator.
