Zwei Zimmern mit separate Küche und Bad sind vorhanden.

Jede Zimmer und der Küche hat eine großes Fenster mit Blick auf der Hausgarten hinter das Gebäude.

Eine Vertrag für Strom uns Gas (Heizung) muss Mann selbe machen, die Kosten dafür sind ca. 60 € pro Monat (beide Strom und Gas zusammen).

Der Wohnung kann möbliert übernommen werden:

Der Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit vierer Herd, Ofen, Tisch, Ventilator, Waschmaschine, etc. und kann auch gerne so übernommen werden.
Das Schlafzimmer hat eine großes Bett und das Wohnzimmer eine großes Tisch.
Außerdem sind Glühbirne, Lampen, Schränken, etc. zur Verfügung.
Der Küche und alle Möbeln sind in sehr gute Zustand.

Alles insgesamt (Küche + Möbel) kann für 300 € gekauft werden. Ausgewählte Möbeln können auch gekauft werden.

Internet Anschluss ist eingerichtet, damit Ihr neu/existierte Internet kann einfach angeschlossen werden.

Der Hausgarten kann vom alle genutzt werden.

The apartment is on the ground floor with two rooms, a separate kitchen and a bathroom.
